1. Make sure USB Cable to connect PC and Labwe Interactive Electronic Whiteboard is used and properly connected.
2. If switch wiring from USB2.0 to RS232C is used, make sure the connection to the USB cable is correct and USB drivers are properly installed.
3. Check if Labwe Interactive Electronic Whiteboard is powered on (Light indicators Red/ Green near the USB interface on Labwe Interactive Electronic Whiteboard are on)
4. Make sure interfaces from COM1 to COM4 are not fully occupied as Labwe Interactive Electronic Whiteboard must occupy one of the interfaces.

1. Horizontal and/ or vertical adjustment of the projector is not properly set, which results in the fact that part of the image is out of the projection area.
2. The resolutions of the PC and the projector are not consistent, which results in the fact that the image is not complete.

Normally, some projector can be adjusted with remote control; others may be adjusted by moving up the projectors. Please follow the instruction of the user's manual of the projector for keystone correction. If the projector is put on an uneven surface (either the front part is higher or the back part is higher), the projection on the interactive whiteboard will be a trapezoid, which will result in picture distortion and need keystone correction.
